A little about us...
John is a retired electrical engineer who loves to renovate and build. He's also a QiGong and Therapeutic Touch practitioner. He loves to work up the land and create magical yet functional spaces for us. He's the strong, quiet, behind-the-scenes foundation for Milcoeur.
I'm Therese. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and love to be in front of a crowd. So...I'm the face of Milcoeur. I provide kitchen classes that include dairy-free cheeze making and healthy vegan meals.

Here's What We're Up To

We have been whole food plant based for 18 years (give or take a year)

We love to grow our own food

We dehydrate, freeze and pickle

We make our own dairy free cheeses (smoked gouda, nacho, cheddar, mozzarella, and provolone flavoured)
On our homestead we currently grow:

Grapes, raspberries, haskaps, hardy kiwi, cherries, plums, apples, pears, paw paw, rhubarb, strawberries

Eggplant, potatoes, zucchini, onions, leeks, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, peppers (many varieties), cucumbers, radish, lettuces, kale, Swiss chard, carrots, beets, celery, celeriac, garlic

Basil, oregano, thyme, sage, dill, fennel, chives, rosemary
